Ampd Energy, an innovator in clean energy storage solutions, has raised $27.3 million in an oversubscribed Series B funding round to further its mission of advancing emissions-free energy solutions in industrial and construction sectors worldwide.

The funding, co-led by investment firms Kibo Invest and Openspace, with additional participation from MTR Lab, Taronga Ventures, and 2150, is set to support Ampd Energy’s strategic expansion into new markets and regions.

These innovative solutions are designed to replace traditional fossil fuel generators in heavy industries, cutting carbon emissions by up to 90% while offering a quieter, cleaner, and safer energy source.

The International Energy Agency (IEA) reports that the construction and building sectors account for 30% of global energy consumption and nearly 27% of total emissions.

With the Enertainer and Ampd Silo systems, Ampd Energy is tackling these statistics head-on, providing a sustainable, efficient, and data-driven alternative to fossil fuels.

Since its founding, Ampd Energy has deployed over 300 smart battery units across seven countries, preventing an estimated 69,000 tons of CO₂ emissions—a reduction equivalent to removing 88,000 cars from the road.
