Application Overview
Before you dive into the application process, here are a few essential points to note:
- Company Details: Provide comprehensive information about your technology, business model, fundraising history, company structure, social and environmental impacts, team composition, and more.
- Track-Specific Proposal: Depending on the track you choose, additional details about your company or project will be required.
- Initial Documents: Submit essential documents such as a pitch deck, technical summary, capitalization table, and customer list.
- Additional Documents: As part of the diligence process, we may request financial statements, letters of support, and, for Project Track applicants, a detailed project budget.
- References: We may ask for references to connect with partners and customers you've previously collaborated with.
Application Process
After the initial review, select applicants will be invited to submit additional materials, including financial statements, letters of support, and project budgets for Project Track applicants. We may also request references during this phase.
Estimated Application Time:
- Strategy Track: Approximately 4-6 hours.
- Project Track: Estimated time commitment ranges from 5 to 10 hours.
