WeNatal, Led by Ronit Menashe

WeNatal is transforming the fertility space with the first prenatal supplement optimized for her and him.

How WeNatal improves the planet:

As of Earth Day this year, with the help of our community, we will have saved close to two-million plastic pouches from landfills.

This is because we are one of few prenatal companies that use a refillable glass jar. The jar is provided with the first subscription order.

From there on out, we send refills in pouches made from recycled materials.

These small steps are key for improving the health of our planet and creating a better world for the healthy little humans we bring into it.

Who we hope to make the biggest difference for:

We are extremely passionate about supporting and educating couples toward a healthy road to parenthood. We truly want to be a resource for everything preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum.

We love supporting our community with workshops featuring the top experts in the fertility field.

For us, it was never about selling a supplement. It was about screaming from the rooftops that fertility is a team sport and that the absence of education and focus around male fertility health was leaving too many women in the dark and disempowered.

This world of fertility is so stressful, and we just wanted to make it easier and ensure no women took on the burden of fertility alone—the way we did.

As we have grown, we now not only see the success with helping any individual who wants to become a parent, but we’re seeing a shift in culture with both partners investing in their health by preparing their mind and body for their future babies.

This has now become such a greater form of success, as we are overturning hundreds of years of societal pressure on women.

Reloveution, Led by Marissa Badgley

Reloveution facilitates transformational learning and community experiences that catalyze culture change, cultivate well-being, strengthen leadership, and heal the world.

How Reloveution improves the planet:

Reloveution sees the harmful impact of traditional work and leadership paradigms. We are committed to equitably, sustainably, and compassionately disrupting the systems, cultures, and mindsets that harm human beings and cause unnecessary human suffering.

Whether it’s addressing turnover, engaging employees, empowering leaders, preventing burnout, or strengthening culture, we have helped more than 100 organizations and tens of thousands of leaders find adaptive solutions.

In a recent project with a nonprofit, we reduced the number of people at high risk of burnout by 40% in just six months.

After another project with a startup, the employees' trust and confidence in their managers more than doubled. We put love in the center of the revolution, and it makes all the difference.

Who we hope to make the biggest difference for:

We are looking forward to supporting nonprofits, startups, and small businesses in building healthier work cultures and more sustainable leadership paradigms without unnecessary turnover or human suffering.

We are particularly excited about our quarterly Community Learning Cohorts: six-week intensives that help mid-to-senior level professionals become stronger and more human-centered leaders without burning out or martyring themselves.

All of our experiences give us the extraordinary opportunity to model a different way of doing business. We are humbled by the deep impact we get to make at organizations and with world-changing humans.

Erleia, Led by Ada Chen

Erleia is an AAPI-woman founded natural skincare brand focused on sustainability and inclusivity.

How Erleia improves the planet:

Sustainability is a core value for Erleia. We know making sustainable lifestyle changes can be difficult or expensive for customers, so we're always looking for ways to make the eco-friendly option an easy choice.

After realizing customers wanted an easy-to-use, travel-friendly solid body product, we launched our lotion bar in a paper tube.

Our tubes are biodegradable and allow customers to easily apply moisturizer without getting their hands or nails dirty and are convenient to toss into a backpack, purse, or toiletry bag.

Our customers loved this packaging so much that we extended it across our product line. Now we've got them covered from head to toe with our face balms and heel and foot balms.

Who we hope to make the biggest difference for:

We're excited to reach more customers who are interested in sustainable health and beauty products. Going plastic-free and/or low-waste can be intimidating if you don't know where to start.

We are looking forward to providing more resources and educational content on how to make sustainable choices in your self-care and skincare routines.

iHartContent, Led by Lexi Hartmann

iHartContent is a bilingual, boutique content agency dedicated to empowering creators to own their digital narrative and tell their authentic story.

How iHartContent improves the planet:

At iHartContent, we think authentic content is the key to a healthier, safer online world. Following my own battle with the negative mental health impacts of social media as a 16-year veteran of the online marketing space, I made a firm commitment to authenticity in our marketing efforts.

As a society, we've lost touch with what is real to the extent that when we show our reality on social media, it can often be jarring.

By moving away from highlight reels in favor of content rooted in real life, we challenge the digital culture of perfectionism and address the mental health crisis exacerbated by unrealistic social media standards.

Our dedication to authenticity in content creation not only supports a sustainable digital environment but also fosters a healthier societal mindset, helping to reduce feelings of inadequacy and disconnection.

Who we hope to make the biggest difference for:

We're eager to partner with clients who are dedicated to breaking the mold of digital perfectionism, particularly those in industries where authenticity can drive transformative social change.

We are excited about projects that prioritize mental health awareness and foster genuine community engagement. Our goal is to amplify voices and narratives that not only resonate with truth and real-life experiences but also contribute to a healthier, more connected world.

UnlimitMe, Led by Trish Boes

UnlimitMe partners with colleges and schools to support next-generation leaders to build connection, boost performance, and elevate mental well-being.

How UnlimitMe improves the planet:

At UnlimitMe we are looking to change the status quo of education in a way that focuses on holistic education that accesses and engages all parts of ourselves.

We aim to educate millions of next-generation leaders by supporting college students to not only unlock their infinite potential but give them crucial holistic life and leadership skills that can support them for their entire life.

With the rise of mental health issues, our goal is to spread the message that each and every person matters and they can make a positive impact on this world.

Our 3C (“3 levels of connection”) model has shown that 90% of students surveyed felt more self-aware and connected to themselves, 100% of students felt more connected to others, and 100% felt more empowered about their future after participating in our programs.

Who we hope to make the biggest difference for:

We are on a global mission and look to expand our impact by partnering with more universities and high schools, not just throughout the U.S. but all over the world.

We want to share our unique programs in order to stem the tide of rising mental health and well-being issues facing our youth.

We believe that this type of education affects everyone, which is why we want to work with as many young people as possible.
