About Ladé

Ladé Araba is a highly experienced Development Finance Executive and Board Member with over 20 years of experience. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the AlphaMundi Foundation, and previously held the position of Managing Director for Africa at Convergence Blended Finance.

In addition to her work at AlphaMundi, Ladé also serves on the Investment Advisory Council of the Equality Fund, is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of African Risk Capacity (ARC) Ltd, and is the Co-Founder/President of the Visiola Foundation.

She has previously held positions such as Technical Adviser to the former Minister of Finance of Nigeria, Head of the Strategic Monitoring Unit, and Senior Investment Officer in Infrastructure Finance at the African Development Bank.
